Limited Warranty
The Sniper Pole™ and Sniper Mount™ are guaranteed, for the stated warranty period against, defects in material and factory workmanship. Sniper Marine LLC will either repair or replace the unit or its defective parts, at our option, free of charge. Shipping NOT included. To activate your warranty, please email us at snipermarine@yahoo.com with your order number and full name. The warranty applies to the original owner and is non- transferrable. Proof of purchase is required. In the event of a product failure, please call (865)-806-7255. (United States) to report the nature of the failure and to obtain warranty enforcement instructions. Do not return the Sniper Pole™ or Sniper Mount™ before contacting us. Warranty Exemptions: Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or accidents. The paint is not included in this warranty as with time damage will occur due to use.
